The 30 metre garden is south facing and fully enclosed making it safe and secure for both children and pets. The gate at the rear of the garden leads onto the parking space.
The bathroom is a good sized room which was recently refitted. The room contains a sink, toilet and a shower bath with glass screen and a very efficient shower. There is also a large airing cupboard in the room which is ideally suited for drying wetsuits.
The second bedroom has two single beds and views out to the back garden. There is a chest of drawers in the room and a large cupboard is immediately outside the door on the landing for hanging space.
The first bedroom has a kingsize bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room also has a window seat so that you can take advantage of the views over the Copperhouse Pool as well as being able to see the harbour and beach in the distance.
